Master/slave Schuko-style outlet strips with 2-pole electronic automatic switching circuit, type 8111ES. After the unit is connected to power, the green lamp at the power cable entry is permanently lit, thus indicating that the overvoltage protection and red master outlet are in operation. The red master outlet must be interconnected with the corresponding master unit; Minimum current consumption required of the master unit in ON state: 9.0 W, maximum in OFF state35 W. Devices which temporarily go into standby or low power mode are not suitable for use as master unit (the function should be disabled as required). In the next step, connect up to five peripherals such as a printer, scanner, monitor, or modem to the black outlets, and leave the device power switches permanently in on position. The master-slave Schuko-style outlet strip is now ready for operation. Use the power on switch of the master outlet unit to automatically switch all peripherals on or off with time delay.
