Soldering stations Ersa Digital 2000 A with compressor and desoldering tool X-Tool, type 0DIG20AXT intelligent, microprocessor-controlled, antistatic to MiL-SPEC/ESA. This electronic station is designed for use with the soldering tools Tech Tool, Micro Tool, Power Tool, X-Tool and for the Chip Tool desoldering tweezers. The station automatically identifies the tool and adapts its control parameters to the tool accordingly. The soldering tips or desoldering inserts are always connected with the high-impedance potential equalization socket. Features: setpoint adjustment, selectable temperature units °C and °F, adjustable standby time 0 to 60 minutes, offset and calibration function, and three-character password protection for all adjustment options. The energy function lets the user adapt the station's heating and reheating properties to specific fields of application. The 4 programs of the station enhance operating comfort. Each program can be assigned different function parameters as described above. Each connected soldering tool is assigned a fixed program. The station automatically changes the program after a soldering tool was replaced. Of course, all programs are available if only one and the same soldering tool is used. Temperature is controlled with a digital PID algorithm that is tuned to high-speed and precise temperature control.
